More condos!
Just read an article in Kiplingers about the condo glut on the market - Boston included. Just another reason to hold off on buying a condo for right now.
I also received this postcard in the mail about another condo development in Quincy, the Braewell. It is a Brady Sullivan community and well priced. While the building is not my cup of tea, I think it would be a safe bet for many people looking for a quality place to live.

I just visited the Brady Sullivan website and viewed the Braewell condo info, it looks like they are marketing one thing but selling another. The condos in the pictures have nice floors and counter tops, but the description says that "the condos can be upgraded to have cherry floors and granite counter tops".... shady.
